What documents are needed to apply for an apartment?
When you are ready to apply, please have the following documents for a smoother application process: U.S. Government issued Photo ID (drivers license or passport) and proof of employment such as paycheck stubs or an official offer letter. A rental, criminal, and background check will be processed through a 3rd party agency.
What is the income requirement? (2X the rent, 3X the rent?)
The income requirement to lease an apartment home is 3 times the monthly rent in gross income. Example: rent for your new home is $1000.00. To qualify in the income portion of the application, you will need to provide proof of income that meets $3000.00 gross income per month or more.
What types of apartment homes are available?
Brentwood apartments offer a variety of living options including studio, one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Our floor plans are designed for spacious living and range from approximately 500 to 1,300 square feet. Each home features convenient amenities such as ceiling fans and washer and dryer hookups.
Is there parking available or EV charging stations?
Our community provides ample on-site parking for residents and their guests. While we do not currently offer EV charging stations, our prime location provides easy access to nearby parking facilities and local services. We invite you to visit our fitness center or enjoy our outdoor sitting areas during your tour.
What public transportation options are available nearby?
Brentwood Apartment residents have access to several MARTA bus routes located directly along North Decatur Road, including Route 36 and Route 123. The Kensington and Avondale MARTA rail stations are also just a short drive away, providing a quick connection to the greater Atlanta area. This convenient access makes commuting simple for those utilizing public transit systems.
What school district serves Brentwood Apartments?
Our community is served by the DeKalb County School District. Students living here typically attend Dunaire Elementary School, Freedom Middle School, and Clarkston High School. Please note that school attendance boundaries may change, and residents should contact the school district to confirm specific assignments.
